The “Quality of Marriage” index, or QOM, was developed as a way to challenge the belief that every marriage is the same, and to objectively quantify the amount and quality of happiness in a marriage. Developed jointly by dating site Partner Agent and Hakuhodo’s R&D department, the project was revealed on November 22nd, 2013, also known as “Happy Couples Day” in Japan. Over 100,000 users took the QOM test.
