Joining Hakuhodo in 2002, Hashida moved to Hakuhodo Kettle upon its founding in 2006. A creative director with a foundation in marketing, his strengths are strategy, interactive, and PR. From client challenges to societal challenges, he uses every trick in the book to resolve situations and meet his goals. He has won numerous domestic and international awards, including 12 Cannes Lions and 4 Adfest Grand Prix. He was a Creator of the Year medalist at the 2015 Tokyo ADC, and a Promo & Direct judge at Spikes Asia 2015 and PR Lions judge at Cannes Lions 2016.
